FEATURES

Sil-A-BlendTM lead wires are designed for application in electric and gas ranges, small appliances, food service equipment, lighting fixtures, igniters, motors, generators, and transformers. This product's unique construction consists of a fiberglass reinforcement sandwiched between two layers of silicone rubber. The net result is a durable high-temperature lead wire that is easily, and cleanly, cut and stripped on automatic equipment without the dermatitis, fraying, flowering or shrinkback associated with fiberglass braid. Additionally, the specially formulated outer silicone jacket provides color fastness and greatly enhances abrasion resistance.

BENEFITS OF SIL-A-BLEND

Solves dermatitis problems
Eliminates braid fray
No outer braid imperfections
Excellent cut and strip qualities
No/low smoke
Improved aesthetics
Consistent diameter
Varnish compatibility
Color stability at temperature
No thermal rupture
