Accessories and Controls for Infrared Heating

H_21.jpg (9683 bytes) Controls, Thermostats and Sensors. Digital process temperature controls. Portable Controls. Snow and Ice detection and Heater Controls. Non-Contact Sensors. Thermostats for Portable Heaters, In-line thermostats. Line Voltage with Plug and Cord
Insulation (Ceramic Fiber Paper) Unifrax Fiberfrax 550K (Higher Density than Durablanket S)

Insulation (Ceramic Fiber) Alumina-silica insulation. 1" or 1/4" thick  x 48" wide. Blanket recommended for use in infrared panels. Flexible and lightweight.

Ceramic Wire Connectors. A cone connector for high temperature applications.  Ribbed design for easy use. Used in electrical, heating and cooking appliances. Large skirt opening permits fast wire entrance during hand or power drive assembly. Rated 300 volts maximum. Listed as pressure type connectors for joining solid and/or stranded wire Ceramic Terminal Blocks - Very High Temperature. Make wiring connections to heaters efficient and easy.  2 Pole, 32 Amps. 3 Pole, 32 Amps.  Fitted with Stainless Steel connectors, they can withstand long term temperatures of 900°F (500°C) and can withstand 1292°F (700°C) during short time periods.

Ceramic Terminal Blocks - High Temperature Make wiring connections to heaters efficient and easy with a touch safe design.  1 Pole, 5 Amps.  2 Pole, 32 Amps. 3 Pole, 32 Amps. 4 Pole, 32 Amps. Fitted with Nickel plated brass connectors, they can withstand 482°F (250°C)

Protective Sleeving (Fiberglass) Used for secondary insulation of electrical wires in high temperature applications.  Heat Treated Fiberglass Sleeving is a Class C insulation material. It is a closely woven 100% fiberglass construction for applications where temperatures run as high as 1200° F. The sleeving provides maximum abrasion resistance with high flexibility.

Terminal Connections (Ring, Spade and Slide Terminals and Butt Connectors) High-temperature non-insulated terminals made of alloy steel and nickel plated for temperatures up to 900°F (482°C).

Tape (Fiberglass and Aluminum) Fiberglass cloth or aluminum tape roll with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. Fiberglass cloth tape roll with pressure-sensitive thermosetting silicone adhesive.

Electrical Power Wire MG and TGGT sizes 4 gauge through 22 gauge, 600 volt, 842°F (450°C), fiberglass overbraid.

Sil-A-Blend 250 Electrical Power Wire Stranded high temperature power wire with a silicone rubber coating. 600 volt, 482°F (250°C)

Thermocouple Wire 20 gauge, thermocouple grade stranded wire and extension grade wire
